The conventional crushing technology of a double roll crusher could not keep up with alternative crushers such as jaw crushers, cone crushers or impact crushers in terms of crushing ratio. This has changed with the help of new crushing technology.
The process-related advantages of a double roll crusher are further optimized in combination with the greatly increased crushing ratio and can thus bring significant advantages in the production process as a more efficient alternative.
Compared to the roll crusher solutions known on the market, the DRC crusher differs in that it has a higher crushing ratio and higher throughput.
|Crushing gap||adjustable||Flexible adjustment of the crushing gap during production by the control system to run different grain sizes|
|Overload protection||integrated||The loose roller dodges fast and returns automatically into the pre-set gap width|
|Reversing operation||automated||Blockages are removed independently|
|Crushing tools||Quick-Change-System||Exchange of the complete roller in a short time|
|Control system||Machine is fully automated||Machine and process can be monitored and adjusted via an operator panel, additional feed and withdrawal systems can be integrated into the control system|
