We are thrilled to share these impressive pictures of the commissioning of our Sizer 450, the smallest sizer we have built to date. Compact, powerful, uncompromising.
The challenge: to process very sticky material by direct feeding in order to save on expensive and complex feeding systems. Admittedly, the processed shale clay is very soft, but when fed directly, the process is tough.
The process details:
Feed: 0-400 mm (700 mm maximum edge length)
Final grain size: 99% <80 mm
Throughput: 80 t/h (with direct feeding, the challenge is rather not to exceed the throughput)
The key features: Synchronous roller rotation with patented crushing tool for aggressive feed, and powerful drive with extremely slow roller rotation for gentle crushing with reduced throughputs.
