The DRC 700 – maximum efficiency in limestone crushing

The DRC 700. More cubic coarse grain, less fine fraction in the crushing of limestone.

We are pleased to deliver another crusher of this size as a secondary crusher for limestone. This time to a customer in Germany.

The DRC combines the slow roller rotation of a direct-drive sizer with the gap adjustment of classic belt-driven roller crushers, which are often used in this application. The advantage: gentle crushing with maximum flexibility.

What makes our DRC series special: Synchronous roller rotation and patented 3D crushing tool design for maximum yield of cubic rocks for the kiln. The combination of slow roller rotation and precise crushing tools delivers a significantly higher proportion of valuable fractions than the classic fast-running belt-driven roller crushers or cone crushers that are otherwise used in this application. The hydraulic crushing gap adjustment allows the end product to be precisely adjusted while protecting the crusher from foreign objects.

For us, the DRC is therefore the key technology for a significant increase in efficiency in the production of kiln stones, with a correspondingly large effect on the ecological footprint of this industry.
