Our smallest sizer yet – built for the most demanding applications!

The Sizer SZR 450-15, the smallest crusher in our Sizer series to date, is now in operation.

The Sizer 450 is currently the smallest size in our extremely compact and robust Sizer series and adds another size to the successful series.

The Sizer 450 is used by our customer as a primary crusher for shale, where other crushing techniques quickly reach their limits due to the stickiness of the material. This is precisely where the Sizer can shine with its strengths.

Thanks to the synchronous drive typical of Crush+ Size, the crusher is extremely compact and yet delivers aggressive intake.
True to our philosophy, the crusher operates at a slow roller speed (25 RPM) for a maximum proportion of valuable grain size and minimal fines.
