THE TECHNOLOGY OF THE SRC SERIES

The newly developed SRC series is characterized by a high crushing ratio. In combination with a mechanical-hydraulic overload protection device, the crusher can be used in a wide variety of applications.

A defined crushing space contour ensures that the feed material is drawn in effectively.

FLEXIBLE AND ROBUST

The single roller crusher has a driven roller and a swivelling crushing wall. The crushing tools of both units are coordinated so that a defined final grain can be produced. The end product can be optimized through the hydraulic gap adjustment.

The hydraulic overload protection enables safe handling of foreign bodies. When a foreign body reaches the crushing chamber, the crushing wall is opened against the retaining forces of the hydraulic cylinders. After the foreign body has been removed, the crushing wall automatically moves back to its starting position.

The crushing gap can be opened manually with the help of the hydraulic cylinder and foreign objects can be ejected. After evasive action, the crushing wall automatically moves back to the originally set working gap.

The drive unit is designed for very high loads and is characterized by its high torque.
