Efficiency first!

A Crush + Size DRC 900-20 was installed in the primary crushing stage of a building materials recycling plant. With an operating weight of 65 tons and an installed power of 315 kW, the crusher takes care of the gentle pre-crushing of the coarse feed material.

Thanks to the overload protection, the crusher can also handle foreign bodies that cannot be crushed without interrupting the process.

A high degree of economic efficiency is in the foreground, since the feed piece sizes of 1.2 m and even larger edge lengths are now crushed quickly and effectively. This largely eliminates the need for time-consuming preparation of the feed material.
